Poetry Mondays- Masquerade

Masquerade

I saw you

In the mask

The sexiest brown eyes

They captivated me

I was entranced

Wanting and waiting

For you to speak

As I observed you from the other side of the club

I imagined your lips on my lips

As I stared in your eyes that told a story

A story of love lost

Love found

And a burning desire

I felt your touch

Caress

Lick

I waited for you to enter me slowly

At first

Then with a quicker pace

And rough

I’m climbing the wall

Until…

I hear you say “Excuse me miss. I couldn’t help notice you from across the room.”

It was all a dream. A dream I couldn’t wait to reenact in real life.
